Chief Giger was elected Fire Chief in a special election held in December of 2006 when Fire Chief Frank Mann retired. Chief Giger has been a member of the fire service since 1984, serving in many junior officer roles from Lieutenant to Captain. In 1997, Jeff was appointed as Assistant Chief, and held that position for over 9 years.

Assistant Chief Ed Zetwo
Assistant Chief Zetwo was appointed to the position of Assistant Chief in September of 2007. Assistant Chief Zetwo has been Captain for 4 years and has served various junior officer positions from 3rd Lieutenant to 1st Lieutenant. He has been in the fire service for nineteen years.

Captain Steve Reubi
Captain Reubi was appointed Captain in September of 2007. A member of the fire service for 15 years, he is also a state certified Fire Officer I, Firefighter I, and Firefighter II, Fire Instructor 1, and past fire chief of another fire company.

Fire Police Captain Bill "Pappy" Schneider
Capt. Schneider has been a Ross Fire Policeman for over 10 years. He has also held the position of President of the Evergreen Fire Co. Captain Schneider also currently sits on the Board of Directors for the fire department as well.
Lt. Szmyd was elected to the position of Fire Police Lieutenant in December of 2006. He has been in the fire service for 5 years. He has completed several Fire Police classes with the goal to achieve Special Fire Police Officer I National Certification
2nd Lieutenant Mann was elected 246 Lieutenant 2 in December 2007. He has been in the fire service for 9 years, 7 of which have been in line officer positions. He has served as 3rd Lieutenant for 3 years, 1st Lieutenant for 4 years, and Assistant Chief for one year.

1st Lieutenant Larry Whitaker was elected 1st Lieutenant in December of 2007. Lieutenant Whitaker has been in the fire service for 5 years. Along with being 246 Lieutenant 1 he is also an EMT, and Firefighter for Reserve Township Station 239 (Mt. Troy).
